Frequently asked

Questions and answers

Straight answers about LearningPads, in plain words.

What is LearningPads, and who is it for?

A simple home for small homeschool co-ops and hybrid schools. Families enroll themselves, teachers share lessons, and you see the whole school day. Made for schools run by volunteers and parents who teach. If a head office sets your fees, it is probably not the right fit.

What will it cost?

Simple, flat pricing for co-ops, based on size. No per-student fees. We are finalizing pricing and will announce it openly at launch.

When does it open, and can we try it?

Launching Winter 2026. Join the list to be part of it from the start.

How do families sign up for classes?

When enrollment opens, parents see next year’s classes for each child, by age or grade. They see the class details and the schedule. Every parent sees clear choices and costs, so they can pick what fits their budget and their schedule.

Can we collect enrollment fees when families sign up?

Payment methods are up to the school. Start simple and add more when you need it.

  1. Cash or check. You collect as you do today, and LearningPads tracks the payments.
  2. Online payments you already have. We send families to your existing payment page, and you track the payments here.
  3. Need a solution? We help you set up online payments with Stripe Connect.

LearningPads also sends reminders and tracks scholarships.

Can I use it for more than one location or building?

Yes. Each location keeps its own days, hours, periods and rooms. List the rooms in every building, and you get a warning before two classes land in the same room.

Who sees what? Is our family information private?

Families, teachers and Directors each get their own view. We limit sensitive information by school role, so people see only what they need.

We use a spreadsheet or another system today. Can we bring our data?

We help you get set up, using our own migration tools. Today, you give us your data and we load it. Tomorrow, you do it yourself: making those tools available to you is our first feature after launch.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. LearningPads is built to work well on a phone or a computer, for parents and staff, with nothing to install.

What if I need something you do not list?

We are product focused and customer centric, and we want your input on how LearningPads evolves. We can’t promise every request becomes a feature, but we listen to the market and look for creative ways to solve real problems.
